Returns Policy

Answer the following questions to create a simple returns policy for your store. 

WHAT can be returned?
Physical products bought instore or online can be returned if they are faulty or damaged. For products purchased with a manufacturer warranty, please contact us first as it may be advisable for the customer to contact the manufacturer or supplier direct to have the itm repaired or replaced.

At the store managers discrecion, items bought as gifts and kept in their original packaging, may be exchanged for a different product of the same value. 

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Set the time limit for returns.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items need to be returned to one of the TITLE retail stores, either by post or in person.

HOW do customers return items?
Customers will need proof of purchase - the original receipt if purchased instore or their order number if purchased online.

SHIPPING for returns?
The customer is reponsible for returning the item to the physical TITLE store or the store's postal address.
